Advanced Value Care II
Advanced Value Care II is a Direct Contracting Entity (DCE) that partners with providers and their Medicare beneficiaries. We offer a set of three voluntary payment model options aimed at reducing expenditures and preserving the quality of care for their patients.
The next Generation ACOs will be phased out after the 2021 performance year, but our DCE model builds on the previous ACO models by adding innovative data, monthly capitated payments & enhanced benefits to better align Medicare beneficiaries and empower PCPs.
